After 3 months of hell, I have managed to get the original Forum over at Amarillo Nights back up and working!

Many have asked in the past few years that the original Forum be reopened, and the programming was so corrupted that about 90% of the posts were not able to be seen. I have fixed these bugs and was able to recover about 95% of the posts that were on the Forum at the time it was closed down.



As of October 25th, the original Forum at Amarillo Nights is fully reopened and the latest programming is being used. The Forum still does not look like it did in the past, but it will soon look the way it did in the past!
Also, I am working on the later version of the Forum at Amarillo Nights and should have it and available for all to use in the next few weeks.

Any chance of getting the posts from 2004-2006 back? I tried to log in, but it
looks like the most recent stuff is 2003.

avatar Good question. I could restore that version of the forum too. The problem is
that when the original Forum went bad, there was not a fix to upgrade it to the
newer versions and it was really loosing stuff. So the 2004 to 2006 forum was a
different forum entirely.. I could restore it too soon, but it will never be
able to be combined with the original forum.
I'm still working on the original
to bring it up to current Forum coding, it's been a real pain but it's almost
there.

That would be cool... that way a lot of people wouldn't have to re-register.
It's kinda cool to read the older posts, though.
